Who it's for

Teams with a growing system

Response times go up, so do costs, and nobody can say exactly why.

Decision makers before a modernization

You have to decide what to rebuild, what to buy and what to switch off, and in which order.

What it's about

A slow endpoint rarely has a single cause. It has a query plan that got worse as the table grew, a connection pool sized last year and a serializer nobody has looked at since. Architecture is similar: the shortcut from two years ago is today's rule. We measure before we judge, and we stop only when we can point at the cause instead of the symptom.

What you get

Performance analysis

Response times per endpoint under load, query plans, resource usage and headroom before you need to scale.

Architecture review

Service boundaries, integration patterns, data storage and the places that slow down every change.

Code review

C#/.NET, C++, APIs and integration code, with a focus on security, testability and maintainability.

Modernization plan

What to rebuild, buy or switch off, in which order, with migration steps and fallback points.

Prioritized actions

Every fix with its effort and expected impact, so you start with what matters most.

Production support

A fixed monthly block of hours for questions, reviews and support during implementation, with a reply within 1–2 business days.

What's not included

No on-call duty and no 24/7 operations

No operational responsibility for your system

How it works

  1. Intro call

    30 min, free

    Symptoms, goals and constraints.

    Result: Goals and constraints agreed
  2. Proposal

Fixed price for the review, support as a monthly block if needed.

Result: Scope and price are fixed
  3. Measure and review

Analyze code, architecture and runtime behavior under realistic load.

    Result: Bottlenecks measured and quantified
  4. Result

Findings, plan and priorities in writing, with a handover call.

    Result: A prioritized plan
  5. Ongoing support

    Optional, monthly

Your team implements, we review and answer questions within the agreed hours.

Frequently asked questions

Your question isn't listed? Tell us briefly what it's about.

With our managing director, a computer scientist (M.Sc.) with more than 15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, from startups to large enterprises and from organically grown legacy code to modern, performance-critical systems. When your project needs more capacity or additional expertise, we bring in experienced specialists from our network, among them people with backgrounds in international IT corporations, the banking sector and AI regulation. The proposal names everyone who works on your project.

After a free 30-minute call you get a fixed-price proposal with a fixed scope. We usually work remotely; on-site meetings are possible by arrangement. Start and delivery dates are in the proposal. Our services are for businesses only.

We work with read access and, if you want, under an NDA. If you require it, your code never leaves your infrastructure. We use AI-assisted tools only with your consent and within your data protection rules. We review every finding before it goes into the report.

Our focus is .NET/C# and C++, REST APIs, integration code and relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL. If your stack is not a fit, we'll tell you in the first call.

Yes. Either your team implements and we support with reviews, or we take on individual actions as a follow-up engagement. Production support is a fixed monthly block of hours, with a reply within 1–2 business days. We don't offer on-call duty.
